PIPE TITAN Welding System | Ideal For Welding of Small Bore Pipes | 11 GMAW Modes Available

Introducing our new Pipe Welding System: PIPE TITAN, composed of a tracked manipulator with a capability of servicing up to 4 welding stations (positioners). PIPE TITAN Welding System provides non-stop hot-to-cap welding with one manual root pass required before switching to submerged arc for hot, fill and cap passes. Alternatively, PIPE TITAN can perform fully automated weld joints, root-to-cap, with machined weld preps and tighter fit-up tolerances. As opposed to fully automated pipe welding systems where the weld preparation requires machining, and tight fit-up tolerance, with PIPE TITAN, the tolerance for sound weld deposits is large enough that machining most of the pipe IDs is not required. Additionally, PIPE TITAN is not limited to weld only one pipe joint at a time per system. With the second power supply, and supplementary positioners, 2 welders could weld 2 joints with the same system, essentially doubling the productivity with less floor space. Lastly, the PIPE TITAN comes with the EWM Titan XQ Puls Power Supply. The EWM Titan XQ Puls is an advanced welding power supply that helps optimize welding results by minimizing joint geometry. This allows for a reduction of the volume to be filled, resulting in significant cost savings and faster welds.
