Next up is "Pain Noir," a German-style Nordic bread made with sourdough, whole wheat, and spelt, filled with pumpkin seeds and flax seeds for a flavorful, yet not bland taste. Next is the "Muesli Bread," a sourdough-based bread packed with apricots, cranberries, and grains for a chewy texture that's never dry. And finally, "Babka," a beautifully braided, premium Valrhona chocolate brioche with just the right amount of sweetness. Recommended with tea or coffee, each piece costs 3-4 euros (110-150 baht). You can buy them individually or by weight, making it worth the wait! This shop has two branches, with the third one on Bouchardon Street focusing on savory dishes and open every day except Sunday. Credit cards are accepted, but there's no seating in the shop.
