Sindhi Khorak Recipe | How to make Sindhi Sweet Khorak Recipe Ingredients : Wheat Flour : 150 Grams sugar - 150 Grams Poppy seeds - 3 Tablespoon Edible Gums - 50 Grams Ghee - 100 Gram cashew nuts and almonds - 100 grams milk - 1 small glass or cup caradmom powder Recipe : Put sugar in a bowl and put the milk in it and keep it aside. keep a pan take 2 tablespoon ghee fry the edible gums and grind it after small cold. Take a pan put all ghee and roast the wheat flour till it turns brown.then pit cashew nuts and almonds,poppy seeds,grind gums and mix it well. after that do flame high and put the sugar solution and stir continuously, when sugar solution proper mix then do flame low and cook it for 4 - 5 minute in slow flame.now off the flame.
