Kaito Kid, Magician Under the Moonlight

A tribute to the Phantom Thief cloaked in white, Kid. Detective Conan and Kaito Kid were created by Gosho Aoyama. I finally caught up to the most recent episode of DC a few days ago. I've been waiting to make this ever since I started the series. I also want to make an AMV dedicated to those cloaked in black (you know who I'm talking about), but that'll have to wait until around October.
