DIY ~ Jeep JK ~ Midland MXT575 GMRS Radio Stealth Install

I just upgraded the comms in my 2012 Jeep JK. I did my research, read a ton of reviews and decided on the Midland MXT575 GMRS (General Mobile Radio Service) two-way radio. I am NOT affiliated with Midland nor is this a paid endorsement. This is just my personal choice for my upgrade; I purchased all equipment personally and this video shows how I installed it in my 2-door jeep. I am not an expert; your situation for running the wires and mounting the microphone & base unit may differ from my setup. Always consult an expert should you not feel comfortable performing the work yourself. If you operate any GMRS radio, the FCC requires that you obtain a license.
