Retrofitting adjustable headlamp feature (euro spec headlamps) on my 1987 300d (W124)

Outside of the USA, the rest of the world got nice headlamps with a single glass lens which were adjustable on the dash with a dial that uses vacuum. I had already retrofit European spec headlamps on this car in a previous video. In this video, I show how to run the vacuum and hook up the switch.
