How To Make Dried Shrimp របៀបធ្វើបង្គាគ្រៀម

In this video I am showing you on how to make dried shrimp. I am using 1.5 lbs fresh shrimp just to show you the step of the recipe of how I made mine. At the drying method I’m combined my previous boiled of 5 pounds to it that’s why you see more in this video. But just focus on the 1.5 pounds of fresh shrimp that I have left over and decided to make this video. The result from making just 1.5 pound of fresh shrimp is equal to 3 ounce of dried shrimp. Take about 5 to 6 pounds of fresh shrimp to make 1 pound of dried shrimp. I appreciated if anyone that is wanting to buy not to negotiate my price because as you can see this is time consuming and take a lot of patience to make this. There is no secret in making good dried shrimp. Just put the time into it and be patience. Good Luck Here is what you need 1.5 pound of fresh shrimp (Fresh shrimp have sweet taste to it) You can use the frozen shrimps too but the taste will not be like the fresh one. 1.5 Tablespoon of Sea Salt Salt is 1 Tablespoon per pound of shrimp 4-5 cups of water ( depend on your shrimp size) Electric dehydrator or flat surface to sun dry the shrimp if you choose to sun dry it.
