Cannondale Trigger 3 Carbon Mountain Bike - Is an expensive bike worth it?

The Trigger 3 Carbon AL is a carbon fiber full suspension mountain bike made by Cannondale. It is sold through Local Bike Shops and costs $4000. This Trigger 3 has been upgraded bringing the total cost of the bike to over $6300. The bike weighs in at around 29 pounds and is an amazing bike to ride on a mountain bike trail. Upgrades include ANVL 35 Carbon handlebars, ANVL Swage 50mm stem, Roval Traverse ST Carbon Fiber wheels, Fox Transfer dropper post, Shimano XT brakes and shifter, and a few other goodies. I often see comments stating I don't know what an expensive bike ride is like. I've had this bike for a few months and have ridden other expensive bikes. Just because it isn't seen doesn't mean it doesn't exist or hasn't been tried. This is clearly an entirely different league than any other bike I've featured up to this point.
