Dehydrated Cranberries

Dehydrated cranberries are a very tart treat with no sugar. Great for baking, as a snack or add to your own trail mix these are quite the treat! Recipe from: https://nchfp.uga.edu/publications/ug... Ingredients/Tools: 3-4 Bags of Cranberries Pot of Boiling Water Slotted Spoon Bowl of Ice Water Dehydrator Wash and drain berries with waxy coating Plunge into boiling water 15-30 seconds to "check" skins (make sure skins are cracked. Can also slice cranberries in half but it takes longer). Stop cooking action by placing fruit in ice water.
