Spend a day with me trying yogaates for the first time! My friend (the certified activity planner of our friend group) found this class at the Eaton Hotel’s wellness center, and it did not disappoint. We flowed to an all-women hip hop playlist — Cardi B, Megan Thee Stallion, Beyoncé, Solange, and more — ended with journal prompting, then refueled at Bread & Chocolate Cafe with chocolate croissants, iced coffee, eggs, bacon, and fruit.
