This is Manimani Gwangmani~^^ Today, I revisited 'Kwon Seonsaeng,' a Chinese restaurant located in Pyeongchon-dong, Dongan-gu, Anyang-si, Gyeonggi-do, for the first time in 4 years and 1 month. It was a super-affordable Chinese restaurant selling Jajangmyeon for 1,000 won, and many YouTubers visited it back then. In particular, it was a must-visit spot for mukbang YouTubers. I visited much later, after the price of Jajangmyeon had been raised to 2,000 won. The video I filmed back then remains a star video, ranking 5th in total views on the Gwangmani channel. I love you, Kwon Seonsaeng. Although they are not currently selling 2,000 or 3,000 won Jajangmyeon, they are running small but fun events such as "Free bowl of Jajangmyeon with cash order of 9,000 won Tangsuyuk," "Two free fried dumplings with cash order of Gan Jajang or Jjamppong," "Free Tangsuyuk if you successfully finish the Spicy Gan Jajang," "Free drink if you successfully finish the Gan Jajang," and "Tangsuyuk coupon given if two friends successfully finish the Gan Jajang together." Hehehe. Another difference from the past is that the owner and his wife are working together in a lovely way. Specializing in warm Gan Jajang made with great care through noodles made and cooked immediately upon ordering, they have already become a fixture in the Pyeongchon Academy District for the past 15 years. Although prices have gone up compared to before, the quality of the food has been upgraded with better ingredients, and every single dish was delicious. The food was satisfying in both taste and quantity, such as the Gan Jjajang topped with a fried egg that looked like it had been deep-fried, the Jjamppong packed with domestic pork and bean sprouts, and the Sweet and Sour Pork made with hearty sirloin coated in a savory batter and fried to a crispy perfection. The kindness and service were also excellent! I would like to express my gratitude to the owner couple for treating me kindly throughout the entire meal.
