Samosa Ingredients 3 cups flour 1/4 cup oil 1 tablespoon yogurt 1 tablespoon cornstarch 1 teaspoon sugar 1 teaspoon baking powder 1/4 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon white vinegar 1 teaspoon Nigella seeds 3/4 - 1 cup hot water Preparing the dough put all the ingredients in a bowl except the water, then add the water gradually until it becomes a soft dough سمبوسك المقادير ٣ كوب طحين ربع كوب زيت معلقة كبيرة لبن (زبادي ) معلقة كبيرة نشأ معلقة صغيرة سكر معلقة صغيرة بيكنغ باودر ربع معلقة صغيرة ملح معلقة صغيرة خل ابيض معلقة صغيرة حبة بركة ثلث أرباع كوب أو كوب ماء ساخن تحضير العجينه نضع جميع المقادير في وعاء ما عدا الماء ثم نضع الماء بالتدريج ليصبح لدينا عجينه طريه نريحها ربع ساعه
