St Agnes Heroes: Bill Piper
Bill Piper is a master builder of the Cornish hedge: a wall built without mortar from local stone. Every part of the village of St. Agnes in Cornwall has evidence of his work. Despite being well into his seventies, Bill is still working full-time, building walls.
