California High Speed Rail Is In Big, Big Trouble - Part 1: Project Overview

Recent events relating to California High Speed Rail have prompted me to put this together. Check out Part 2 here:    • California High Speed Rail Is In Big, Big ...   The presentation of both is a little tongue-in-cheek in response to many YT content creator pieces that have been uploaded by people who assess these types of things in order to make a video, but otherwise know almost nothing about it. Things like the guy counting money every time money is mentioned are intentional. I am taking the information about California High Speed Rail seriously. I am NOT taking the presentation of it particularly seriously. Apologies for the low-tech approach on some of the graphics. I'm not one of these million sub infographic channels with a production team doing this for a living. It's just me making videos as a hobby. Part 2 will discuss my various ideas about how CAHSR might actually play out over time as the CAHSR Authority refuses to speculate or provide any real guidance in that direction. However, as my title indicates, the project is facing tremendous challenges in the near future that will seriously impact its ability to be completed, at least in any timeframe that has meaning.
