Johannes Radebe and Layton Williams discuss the difficulties that LGBTQ+ people of colour face in the industry and society as a whole, as well as what Pride means to them as they join us for an intimate Pride Month One-to-One chat. BAFTA's One-to-One event strand delivers talent-to-talent conversations in front of a live audience. For Pride Month, we have brought together pairs of LGBTQ+ talent from across the screen industries to share insights and experiences, explore what changes they'd like to see in their respective industries, and what best practice looks like to them.
