HVAC Duct Booster Installation (Hard Wired to Furnace!)
Duct Booster Used: https://amzn.to/3BWaCJI In this video, we are installing a Tjernlund DB-2 into our HVAC ductwork and hard wiring it into the furnace, so that it only turns on when the blower is running. The furnace that we are wiring into is a Trane XR92. In addition, I also wired an in line switch so that the duct booster can be turned off seasonally. This system helped to balance the HVAC system and provide more flow to an upstairs duct.
