Rachel Amber (+Max&Chloe) || I’ll Never Blame Her, I Kinda Hate Her

“I’ll never blame her, I kinda hate her. I’ll never be that kind of angel” “Rachel saved my life” I was listening to this song and then realised it literally fits Rachel so perfect. Lines like “she looks just like her mama before drugs” amongst others match so well. Also the part where it says “I’ll never be that kind of angel” fitted the situation between her vs Max pretty well since Chloe referred to Rachel as her “Angel” and when max returned, it was during the time where Chloe was struggling with Rachel’s absence in her life despite having Max back. The disappearance of Rachel definitely loomed over their friendship a lot, specifically as Rachel came into Chloe’s life after Chloe felt abandoned by Max. I really wanted to feature the scene where Max finds Chloe’s phone and it shows the lockscreen of max&rachel (if the player didn’t get enough Chloe points) and max says something like “I was kinda hoping I’d be on the wallpaper” but I couldn’t find it :(( Also guyss I’m so so happy with the use of text and overlays here omg. The ‘I’ll never blame her, I kinda hate her’ came out sooo perfect. The light leak overlay and the text together were so perfect. I’m also rly happy with all the other overlays I used too. Oh and this was my first time trying to out text behind a character. I worked it out myself and it came out decent (it’s the “I’ll never be that kind enough to me” part with max).
