Demi Lovato confirmed to Ryan Seacrest this morning that she's kicking off her Neon Lights Tour in 2014 and will in fact be joined by the adorable Fifth Harmony ladies and spunky Little Mix gals! Can you even imagine the kind of girl talk that will go down? Like can I be a fly on the wall!? Demi also seems super stoked, she said: "There's nothing better than woman empowerment and having an all-girl tour. What's ironic is we are all from 'The X Factor,' and that wasn't even planned — it just kind of happened that way.
