Before taking admission in any private engineering college, most students ask only one question: Placements kaise hai? But according to me, that’s not enough. In this video, I shared my honest POV about: • why students focus only on placements during the admission season • Why most students ignore placements for the next 3 years after admission • What questions you should ACTUALLY ask before joining a college • how to use LinkedIn to connect with real students • what matters more than just company names and packages I’m not saying placements are not important. But I personally feel students should also focus on: college culture, internships, hackathons, opportunities, teachers, crowd, projects, growth environment, and how they are going to use those 4 years. Because the same college has: successful students, average students, and unemployed students too. At the end, your efforts, skills, consistency, and networking matter a lot.
