Today I’m finally reviewing the 2020 Australian CR1M (Combat Ration One Man) — a ration I’ve been waiting almost ten years to get my hands on. These things are notoriously hard to find, and this one showed up a little beat up from the journey… but still mostly intact. A few components were definitely past their prime (one or two were straight-up rancid), but the rest of the ration absolutely delivered. The mains, the snacks, the drinks — everything that survived was phenomenal, and it reminded me why the CR1M has such a legendary reputation in the ration community. In this video I go through the entire box from start to finish: every meal, every accessory, every spread, and all the little details that make the Australian CR1M one of the most sought‑after rations in the world.
