Mai Guangfan was a disciple of the "King of Abalone" Yang Guanyi from Hong Kong and mastered the essence of dried abalone cooking, integrating this skill into the brand's signature dishes. For example, "Prince Abalone" has become one of its signature dishes. Zhaoqing Qixingyan Zhaoqing Qixingyan is located about 4 kilometers north of Duanzhou District, Zhaoqing City, Guangdong Province. It is the core component of the national AAAAA-level tourist attraction "Xinghu Scenic Area" and is known as the "No. 1 Wonder of Lingnan". Qixingyan is a karst karst terrain, consisting of seven limestone peaks (Langfeng Rock, Yuping Rock, Shishi Rock, Tianzhu Rock, Chanchu Rock, Xianzhang Rock, and Apo Rock), arranged like the Big Dipper, hence the name. These peaks were formed in ancient geological movements and divided into peak forests by water erosion. They stand on the surface of the approximately 600-hectare Xinghu Lake, forming a wonder of "mountains in the lake, caves in the mountains, and rivers in the caves". The scenic area belongs to the Xinghu National Wetland Park, with 360 species of wild plants, more than 160 species of birds (including rare migratory birds such as red-crowned cranes), and 45 species of fish, with rich ecological diversity. In spring, the palace pink bauhinia blooms, forming the "Xingyan Spring Dawn" scenery; migratory birds can be observed in autumn and winter. There are 531 cliff carvings from Tang to Qing Dynasty in Qixingyan, which are concentrated inside and outside the Stone Chamber Cave (333 inscriptions), which is the most famous among the stone carvings in Lingnan. Xinghu Lake: It is connected by five lakes (Central Lake, Fairy Lake, Inner Lake, Bohai Lake, and Qinglian Lake) through more than 20 kilometers of lake embankments. It is vast and misty, combining the beauty of Hangzhou West Lake and the wonders of Guilin landscape. Eight caves: The most famous are the Stone Chamber Cave, Shuangyuan Cave (Water Cave), and Chumi Cave (Dry Cave). There is a "Shidong Ancient Temple" built in the early Tang Dynasty in Chumi Cave, and the dome skylight casts light, which is mysterious and solemn.
