2001 FORD EXPEDITION: CRANK NO START, KEY ISSUE

My first diagnosis video for the channel. 2001 Ford Expedition 4.6L Triton V8 The issue was that the truck wouldn't start, similar to the fuel pump going out. So multiple videos, forums and other mechanic advice later.... I found a similar problem and it was the key. This Ford has the chip inside the key that prevents you from starting it if the chip is not present or has been fried/damaged. The spare key in the video we bought and had programmed 5 years ago, no issues until now. But the 15 year old Ford key is still good. Hopefully this will save someone from wasting time and money chasing fuel and spark issues.
