1992 Santana Band featuring Raul Rekow & Chester Thompson

This segment is dedicated to Jorge Santana, who passed away May 14th, 2020. Jorge confirmed this 1992 interview for my son, Adrian. The best job I had was working for the SFO Mission Cultural Center. Jorge facilitated the MCC communication with Carlos and Deborah regarding our funding, special events. The artwork on the set was created by Michael Roman, who also mentored Adrian. As the Exec. Dir. for the MCC, I was commuting from Monterrey to the SFO Mission district. Deborah and Jorge, moved me into their parents home to help with the stress of driving, and plan a "Quinceanera MCC 15th anniversary." My son and I are grateful for the opportunity, education and understanding we received from the Santana family, over the years. *UCLA-Chicano Studies Research Center Library, will archive (3) Santana concerts and interviews we conducted in Colorado and Arizona.
