These are cauliflower, sweet peppers, green beans and onions. Now light a fire and place a saj. Pour in vegetable oil and heat it. Put all the meat. Fry over high heat from two sides to a beautiful crust. Then remove it aside. Put onion in the same oil. Fry briefly, then lay out all the vegetables at once. Stir frying for about 5 minutes.
