She discovered writing amidst the hardships of an atypical journey. Besides a difficult childhood, Blanche knew and felt different from a very young age: too mature, too quick in her thoughts, which psychologists describe as refined—sharp thoughts, certainly, but themselves "too much." Too present, too branching, too boundless, too constant… At 9 years old, to accompany the nights of this mind that never stops, Blanche discovered writing.
