2023 RAF Interview - How I Passed With Flying Colours

In this video will be unscripted everything is off the top of my head and I hope you can gain some insight on how I passed for the RAF Interview and how I prepared for it. My interview was done over the phone no face to face. Make sure you're in a quiet room or as quiet as you can get it. 2. My main preparation was to do at least 3-5 mock interviews a day for two weeks, I had a partner that acted as the interviewer. We had flash cards with the questions written down for her to ask me. 3. If asked about the role of the RAF I revised examples to my answer. For example, saying the RAF has a humanitarian role, I would then say about a previous operation and give a brief description about it. 4. DO NOT use notes in the interview they can tell if you are using notes I committed everything to memory. 5. I forgot to mention they did ask me about diversity in the RAF which I didn't revise for at all but I'll put them in the question box below. It's not rocket science, look up what the diversity is in the RAF and basic human respect. Questions I Revised: 1. What is the history of the RAF and it's most defining moment? 2. What is the role of the RAF? 3. When was NATO formed, why and what is the RAF's role in it? 4. When was the UN formed and why? 5. Tell me about the RAF airpower. 6. Why is it you want to join the RAF? 7. Could you tell me current operations going on in the RAF? 8. Would you be willing to take a life? 9. Where will your training be and how long? (Phase 1 & 2) 10. Who is the current Air Chief Marshal? 11. What responsibilities do you have? 12. What is the contract length? 13. What is the RAF's policy on diversity? 14. What qualifications can you get? 15. Where can your first tour possibly be?
