Aerialist, Let's warm-up for aerial silks and build strength with these beginner conditioning exercises. These exercises were designed to help you get stronger while practicing some basic skills you will use on your aerial silks. In this video, we break down the exercises so they are easy for you, even if you have never done them. We give you cues to help you understand what your body should be feeling and doing. And we do it along with you :). So take 7 minutes before you start your silks training to do these exercises to help you build strength for silks.
