KTSW Presents: Grocery Bag at Ark Park
Grocery Bag is an Austin psych rock band that has been playing together as a group for around two years now. Recently, the band was announced as an Official Artist for SXSW and was nominated in the Austin Chronicle for “Best New Act”. The quartet consists of Dillon Aitaila on guitar and vocals, Bella Martinez on guitar and vocals, Logan Kerman on bass, and Jimmy Mercado on drums. KTSW joined Grocery Bag in downtown Austin, TX at Ark Park for this session accompanied by projectionist, Timothy Neuhaus. Neuhaus worked with the band previously during their album release show at The Parish on November 25th, 2023. We were also able to sit down afterwards for an episode of Local Show – KTSW’s interview series on YouTube and ktswblog.net – to talk about their experience creating their debut album, Break You and future plans!
