Sonicake Matribox II. A really impressive budget modeller. Great sounds and Great functionality.

Hello all I'm delighted to share my initial review of the Matribox 2 Amp Modeller and multi effects processor by Sonicake. The peeps at Sonicake reached out to me a few weeks ago for the first time and asked would I like to review their new modeller and I was very happy to oblige. So a big thanks to Sonicake for sending me out this really great little piece of gear. I'm not being paid for the review but I do get to keep the pedal. The Matribox 2 is a very compact amp modeller / multi effects with three footswitches and an expression pedal. It also has comprehensive IO including a guitar in, and an aux in a send and return, stereo outputs a headphone jack and MIDI in and out. It also had USB C and is an audio interface. The amp models are really impressive and the FX are mostly great. Particularly the drive effects which sound really fantastic especially at this price point. Couple the great sound with great functionality with the footswitches and the simple user interface and it's a really capable little box for stage or studio use. Impressive.
