_ The Shard Songdo Arc Bay, constructed by POSCO E&C, is a residential complex consisting of four buildings with a total of 775 units, where residents began moving in in March 2025. The main section is equipped with the ZETA1, the current flagship high-speed model, which operates at a speed of 210 m/min. It features the new black version of The Sharp’s interior design, which is identical to the design used in American Town The Sharp, except that the color has been changed to black. Overall, it presents a sophisticated yet understated impression, and I believe the design is well-suited to The Sharp’s brand image. It is equipped with the 2nd-generation SMART COP 10-KEY option for easy floor selection. However, compared to The Sharp at American Town, the exterior of the lobby—excluding the black marble lobby frame, the indicator-style control panel, and the tempered glass door option— shows a clear difference in grade. While this could be interpreted as an attempt to create a hotel-like atmosphere, the exclusion of the tempered glass doors makes the intention clear.
