Gold's Gym Reseda - A Visit Back to 1986

We take a trip back to Gold’s Gym Reseda, located at 18323 Sherman Way. It was the only Gold’s Gym in the valley at the time, and it was open twenty-four hours. It’s also where many of the biggest and well-known bodybuilders and wrestlers worked out in the 1980’s, allowing them to slip away from the craziness of Venice Beach to enjoy a more meditative and peaceful workout.
