Banana Leaf Tamales: A family recipe from Tabasco that's absolutely fantastic. Tepache in a Cantarito: Ice cold to beat the sun while we walked the miles of stalls. Seafood and Mexican Snacks: We couldn't leave without trying shrimp ceviche in a molcajete and the famous California Burrito.
