"Perfect Day," by Danny Jacob, cover on piano.

"Perfect Day," from Phineas and Ferb. It's intended as a very simple cover; it's mainly an exercise in correct chord progression, playing by ear (I didn't really practice it that much, I just know how the song goes) and in the making and posting of a piano cover video, as I intend to do more. Any mistakes or "creative liberties" you might notice, rest assured, I have a perfectionist's ear - I probably know about it :) I tried to position the camera to capture the most intricate part of what I played, and the only thing in my super-simplified cover that took any skill to figure out - the opening/post-chorus riff, played on a Roger McGuinn-sounding 12-string in the original tune. You'd be amazed how hard it is to remember how a simple song goes when the camera's recording. It was all I could do to get the chords right with both hands at the same time. Truth is, I'm just not that disciplined a keyboard/piano player. Workin on it though! Thanks for watching, and I take any constructive criticism gratefully (but remember I know it's very simplified and still contains some melodic and rhythmic errors).
