The deputy recalled that a video featuring him was circulating on social media, which, he claimed, was damaging his reputation. Why are you making fun of this, even though you know there were violations." He claimed that the published video had been cropped, creating the impression that he was causing a scene. "You posted a cropped video to make it look like I was causing a disturbance. However, I was simply waiting for an answer to one question. The report could have been drawn up the next day. I asked that my privacy not be violated," the deputy said. Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs Oktyabr Urmambetov responded that the officers didn't know who the car belonged to. "No one knew it was yours. A citizen's complaint was lodged, and officers arrived. An investigation is underway based on your complaint," he said. Kokulov responded by saying that such actions undermine trust in law enforcement. "How can anyone trust me after this? They've disgraced me across the country. The videos weren't published on the official Ministry of Internal Affairs page—that's already a violation. They have no right to publish videos. They filmed me on a phone; there was no body camera.
