My hormones CRASHED OUT & I almost quit 🥴

Last week, I filmed an entire episode about quitting this podcast. I was embarrassed. I was tired. I had looked at my podcast numbers and convinced myself that maybe nobody cared, maybe the dream wasn’t working, and maybe it was time to stop. And then a few days later, my hormones cleared. I realized I didn’t actually want to quit. I was in a hormonal crash. In this episode of the Out Here Tryna Survive podcast, I’m talking about PMDD, perimenopause, ADHD, creative burnout, and the danger of making permanent decisions from a temporary place of despair. Because sometimes despair feels like discernment. Sometimes shame feels like truth. Sometimes exhaustion tells us to abandon the very thing we love.
