We have been looking for more local stories... and we were not disappointed when we found this small business owner with her food trailer in Randburg and decided to stop and see what she has to offer. Her business is called Simply Foods. She makes home cooked meals and serves it to the public in her mobile trailer. Her menu and name may suggest its simple but its absolutely delicious. Her trailer can be found on the corner of York Avenue and Republic just opposite the Ferndale Spruit and diagonally across Brightwater commons in Randburg.
