Pirelli MT21 Front + Tusk D-Sport Rear Test | 2025 KTM 390 Enduro R

I’m testing a Pirelli MT21 front tire paired with a Tusk D-Sport Adventure rear tire on my 2025 KTM 390 Enduro R to see if it can work as a real Dunlop D606 alternative. The MT21 has long been considered one of the best front tires on the market, and it’s commonly paired with the D606. But with the D606 getting more expensive, I wanted to see if the Tusk D-Sport rear could deliver similar real-world performance at roughly half the price. This setup was tested at Enoree OHV across a wide range of conditions, including clay mud, sandy mud, gravel, and asphalt, focusing on traction, predictability, and overall confidence. The result?
