On August 17th, we were in Ivoti, Rio Grande do Sul, to attend the Cachaça Festival, one of the region's most anticipated events. Held at the charming Núcleo de Casas Enxaimel (Half-Timbered Houses Center), the festival brought together a large crowd seeking unique experiences, good music, culture, and, of course, traditional artisanal cachaça. Early in the morning, around 10 a.m., the atmosphere of joy filled the space, with visitors sampling different flavors, exploring the food fairs, and enjoying shows specially prepared to entertain the crowd.
