Vizio S4251w-B4 Soundbar No Power Repair; C-21 Bulged Capacitor

Vizio Soundbar model S4251w-b4 stopped powering up. Nothing i tried changed the status; repluged all cords, changed outlet, unplugged for hour/hold power button in when plugging back in.... Nothing helped. www searching revealed many others having a bad "Bulged" Capacitor - C-21. Once I figured out how to access the screws by removing the cover panel, it was fairly straightforward to locate/diagnose the problem. It -IS- in fact a bulged C-21 capacitor. UPDATE; That was 2016, the CAP change worked fine!! However it died again about 9 months later. Replaced it again, and again it worked find, for a while. I have lost count as to when, exactly, but I have changed the C-21 CAP at least 5 times. 02-26-22 Update. It died again, opened it back up but the C 21 capacitor showed no signs of damage. Took a chance and went ahead and took it out anyway and replaced it and now everything works as advertised. Probably the sixth time in two years
