Cut a 34cm x 150cm piece of fabric 2. Fray 25cm from each end 3. Fray 4cm on the inside, 8cm from the frayed edge on each end 4. Make a 1.5cm faux tack with glue-on tape 5. Weave a knotted mesh into the fringes at the ends of three rows 6. Match and trim the fringes at each end 7. Embroider the inner frayed edge 8. Decorate with appliqués and rhinestones
