Today's episode features #roses and the results of 10 intensive days of work. I'd like to share my experience and observations, as well as some effective recipes for active rose growth and development in the spring after they open. So, I'll start from the beginning. For a vigorous start, calcium nitrate and Epsom salt, also known as magnesium sulfate, aren't exactly the right approach. For a vigorous start, roses need comprehensive care right away: opening the roses, pruning them, treating them for diseases, loosening the soil and removing weeds, mulching, and fertilizing. Fertilizers can vary, but I prefer liquid professional concentrates. Liquids are easier and simpler for me to work with, especially if these concentrates also immediately normalize the water. The water in my garden, by the way, isn't the best. I always emphasize water – it's very important! If your water is hard and alkaline, then using such water will make fertilizers ineffective. So water treatment is the foundation!
