CoreXY iDEX Printer - Part 1 Project Overview
Today, we take a look at the new build project a CoreXY iDEX printer. I give a brief overview of the project, including what an "iDEX" printer is and what hardware we need to build and use one. I also introduce the sponsors for the project, they are: E3D Online - Who are supplying 2x 1.75mm 24v HotEnds for the printer, As well as making quality HotEnds, they also make extruders as well as sell many 3D printer parts. Check out their new website at https://e3d-online.com. Direct link to the V6 HotEnd: https://bit.ly/3dueBxt Duet3D - Who have sent me their latest control board the Duet 3, this is a high quality and capable controller with many interesting features including the ability to connect upto 24 stepper motors via the Duet3D expansion boards. More information can be found at https://www.duet3d.com. 3DJAKE - Who are providing the rPETg Green filament for printed parts, as well as selling filament they have a wide range of parts and accessories. Check them out at https://www.3djake.uk. I will be using the files made by Hunter Bernstein available on Thingiverse for this project, Hunter made them to convert his CR10 S5 into an iDEX printer and I think they will be a perfect fit for my project. You can find the files and more information at Hunter's Thingiverse profile https://www.thingiverse.com/hbernste/.... *Support The Channel* In the market for a magnetic flexible build system for your 3D printer?
