Connected to Paradigm Mall, the hotel is part of Marriott’s Premium series of hotels, and it includes 3 restaurants, a grand ballroom, 10 function rooms, a swimming pool, and a fitness centre. Most of the lifts in this hotel are high speed Kone MonoSpaces. The guest room lifts run at 3.0 m/s, which I'd say is the sweet spot for a 30 floor travel. You get a rather speedy ride to your room, while also being able to chill to songs from the hotel's soundtrack, "A New Wave". Unlike the Schindlers in Le Méridien Putrajaya, I was able to hitch a ride all the way up due to the pool being on the rooftop floor. The car park lifts, also providing direct access to Paradigm Mall, are the sole Otis Gen2s in the hotel. Running at 1.0 m/s, the interior aesthetics of the lift match that of the hotel rather than the mall, though the large lift number signage and the mall's directory are used on both basements (B2, B1), the lower ground floor (LG), and the ground floor (G). On those floors, this lift lobby is referred to by Paradigm Mall as "Lobby G". The ballroom lifts, and therefore the ballroom itself, are actually in a separate building to the main hotel, being connected by a link bridge on floor 2. Those lifts run at 2.0 m/s, which is quite fast considering the travel distance - the left lift only serves the concourse (CC) and ballroom (2) floors, the middle serves the same plus 4 car park floors (B2, B1, LG, LGM) and the right one is a fireman lift that serves fireman access floors (CM, G, 1, 2M) on top of all the public floors. Interestingly, while this lift uses a two-side door system, it's arranged in a perpendicular manner instead of parallel. The front doors lead to all the public floors (B2, B1, LG, LGM, CC, 2) and the left doors lead to the fireman floors (CM, G, 1, 2M). This lift lobby is referred to as "Lobby H" by Paradigm Mall on the car park floors.
