AI-Powered HVAC Warranty Registration — Built With OpenClaw (Goodman, York, Lennox, Bradford White)

Every HVAC install comes with a warranty registration deadline — and every manufacturer has their own portal. Goodman, York, Lennox, Bradford White, Bosch... all different forms, all different logins, all eating admin time. So we used AI to fix it. In this video I walk through the system we built using OpenClaw — an AI assistant platform — that pulls install data directly from FieldPulse, extracts model and serial numbers from job photos and documents, and submits warranty registrations automatically across all the major manufacturer portals. The AI handles everything: reading the job files, identifying the equipment, navigating each manufacturer's portal, and submitting the registration. What used to take 15-20 minutes per job now happens automatically.
