My mother and Mykhailo start the day early with farm chores — feeding the pigs and chickens, cleaning the stable, and taking care of Lasunia. You will see us cooking a traditional breakfast: smoked pork, rich broth with homemade noodles, and golden slices of braided bread fried in eggs. We are also harvesting the first gifts of our garden — fresh carrots, herbs, and gooseberries for jam. To top it off, Mykhailo brought some incredible treasures from the forest: wild porcini and chanterelle mushrooms.
