"Vietnam, dein Volk geht voran" (Vietnam, Your People Go Forward) is a West German record released by the Heidlberg Music and Theater Group (Musik- und Theatergruppe Heidelberg) to celebrate the end of the wars in Indochina and the liberation of Vietnam, Laos, and Cambodia. The album mostly contains German translations of songs released by The United FNL Groups (De Förenade FNL-grupperna, DFFG), a Swedish organization that helped raise money and support for Vietnam, Laos, and Cambodia during the Indochina wars. This album was also meant to raise support for the Federal Republic of Germany to recognize the new governments and to pay war reparations to Vietnam, Laos, and Cambodia.
