VOCÊ NÃO SABIA! 13 coisas que BRILHAM na LUZ NEGRA
Secure your weekly shopping with iFood: https://ifoodbr.onelink.me/F4X4/influ... Mustard, turmeric, tonic water, and laundry detergent… do you know what these things have in common? They all glow under black light! Well, anyone confused by this information will be even more perplexed when they discover that, in addition to these, countless other household products glow under black light. Before we begin today's experiment, let's first understand what fluorescence is. Basically, we can say that an object is fluorescent when we illuminate it with one "color" and it ends up glowing with a completely different one. In the case of our experiment, the test was done with black light – which is a lamp that emits a lot of ultraviolet radiation. But, what exactly is ultraviolet? It's a color, let's say, that we can't see. This is because it's as if it's on the edge of the rainbow, after violet, but our eyes don't have the sensitivity to see it. This color change – based on an analysis using a black light and a highlighter – happens because when ultraviolet light reaches the pen, it absorbs the energy, transforming part of it into heat and emitting the rest, that is, sending it back. In this case, since it has already consumed some of the energy, what it emits ends up being a color with less energy. In the case of the highlighter's yellow, for example, it has less energy than ultraviolet light. This phenomenon, however, stands out even more when tested completely in the dark, only with the presence of black light. After understanding all the science behind this technology, it's time to discover, after all, what things glow under black light. Immediately we can do a test with things that are within our reach, such as our teeth. That's because they have a layer beneath the enamel called dentin, which is responsible for several things, such as sensitivity and color in teeth. Besides that, did you know that our nails also glow under black light? In this case, it happens because of some impurities that remain in the keratin, which is the protein in our nails. Well, there are many objects, foods, and other things that glow under black light. We did a test and put together a complete list for you, which you can check out by watching our video!
