HOW TO MAKE SEAGRAPE JELLY

Florida Seagrape is an amazingly underrated fruit found only in Florida and the nearby Caribbean islands. It's a challenge to pick, and even to find a legal source, as I explain in the video. But it's definitely worth it, as it makes one of the best and most unique jellies you'll ever taste. Approximate Recipe: 4 gallons raw fruit 8 cups sugar 2 packs Sure-Jell Pectin (1.75 oz ea) Half cup lime or lemon juice. Tweak this recipe as needed if syrup isn't jellying.
