Becoming Elizabeth Ann ~ Catalina 27 Restoration

This is a presentation of the restoration of my 1977 Catalina 27. The "beat-up" boat was purchased in 2006 at the Rockport Maine YMCA boat auction. Two years of complete restoration followed. The video also includes photos of a dinghy found at an auction in Maine, which I also enjoyed completely restoring. The 1959 Johnson 51/2 outboard which won at the auction in virtually showroom condition. The story of the restoration of Elizabeth Ann was published in the November/December publication of "Good Old Boat" magazine.
