Our customer requested everything we saw, from A to Z, along with the overhaul. We quickly began the process and began clearing out the area around the engine. We removed our air filter housing and water hoses. We checked the vehicle's antifreeze level and found no antifreeze. We also removed the battery computer and coil connections. We also removed the timing cover and timing belt. We removed the water hoses to clear the engine area and make it easier to remove the engine. Bilal suggested that removing the cylinder head while the vehicle was directly on the engine would make work easier, so he removed the cover while the vehicle was still on the engine. We removed the alternator and distributor. We lifted the vehicle onto a lift and removed the exhaust manifold from underneath. We removed the piano's fastening bolts and removed the piano. We removed our cylinder head and inspected the gasket. Bilal stated that the gasket was rotten and had burst in the area shown in the video. We removed our automatic fuel stopper and lifted our vehicle back onto the lift. We removed the cover from the bottom, drained the engine oil, and continued with the engine lowering and overhaul.
